Pre-School Program

Our Pre-School Program is designed to promote the social, emotional and spiritual growth of young children by providing a welcoming and loving environment.  In our classroom, we focus on learning experiences that foster faith, self-esteem, creativity, and cooperation.  Student participation in enrichment activities, such as library and physical education, help stimulate language, listening, cognitive and physical development.  A variety of learning situations provide opportunities for the children to explore their environment and improve social skills.

We use developmentally appropriate curriculum such as Circle Time to teach the children about boundaries, self-control, beginnings, endings, weather, days of the weeks, numbers etc., through finger-plays, stories, poems, and songs.  We teach the basics of Christian faith through storytelling, drama, passages from the Holy Scripture, and prayer.  Our goal is to encourage each child to become healthy, productive and self-motivated students as they prepare for Kindergarten. This program incorporates both structured and non-structured activities providing time for hands-on learning, play and social growth in a fun and relaxed environment.
