Auction Assessment

The Annual Dinner Auction is a large event which requires many volunteers to make it a success for the school each year.  Families will attend monthly meetings, send donation letters, make flyers, plan and decorate, set up and display auction items, clean up and break down after the event.  Families will also assist teachers in preparing classroom projects for the live auction.  For more information, call Elizabeth Bokermann at (615) 509-0078, or by send an email to olmcschooldinnerauction@gmail.com.
